CTLP (Air Pressure Actuation & Single Position) Air Torque Limiter

Features of the products:
1.Torque can be set with remote control
When the clutch is used, torque changes due to air pressure. Torque can be set without stopping the machine and can be adjusted to the appropriate value manually.
2.Automatic starting and operating
The dual air pressure control system allows starting torque to accelerate without slipping. When the clutch runs in a steady state, torque is changed automatically to prevent overload operation.
3.Wide range of torque adjustment
No gap between different torques, wide adjustment range of 1:7.
4.Torque is released accurately and the clutch reacts well
Ball-shape stopping device is assembled and the release torque is excellently accurate. In case of overload, it is detected by the limit switch and the air is then discharged.
5.Latest single position pattern, automatic resetting available
Connection happens only at a single position in process of one rotation. It is capable of resetting to the same position as last time in case of it is stopped due to overload.
6.Long service life, no maintenance needed
Durable material is applied; the clutch is wearing resistant and is characterized by its long service life. All lubrication is done in a sealed condition; therefore, there is no need for maintenance
7. Applicable to printing machinery, packaging machine, can forming machine, rotary table driving device, conveying device and general industrial machinery

Structure:

Due to the actuation of air pressure, ball station of the transmission ring is connected with the ball on the transmission flange at a fixed position.

In case of overload, the ball falls off from the ball station, blocking torque is maintained exclusively, and limit switch detects movement of the cylinder and sends a signal.

When air is exhausted, load and power will be both discontinued.
