Features of the products:

6.Effective rust-proofing is guaranteed. Cooling water passes through the waterway and performs copper coating; rust-proofing is thus guaranteed.
7.Applicable to plywood manufacturing machinery, wire manufacturing machine, cutting tool, paper cutter, various printing machines and woodworking machine.

Structure:

Piston is pushed when air enters inside; water cooling sleeve moves and contacts the friction plate; shaft braking is thus performed.

When air is discharged, brake is released by the resetting the spring.

Cooling water flows through the cooling sleeve so as to effectively cool the heat generated on the friction surface.

The attached friction plate has two notches and is in a split type. The friction plate can be replaced easily after taking out the bolt.
