DME&DMEF (Hermetic) Clutch-brake Unit

Features of the products:
1. The clutch brake unit is hermetic; it can be used in dirty and humid environment. Special types of nickel plated waterproof products are also designed.
2. Connect directly with flanged motor (DME).
3. Its compact structure makes it simple to install.
4. The clutch brake unit reacts well and is wearing resistant, thus guarantees long service life.
5. Friction plate is not made of asbestos and is characterized by its long service life.
6. Applicable to food machinery, can making machinery, stacking machinery, woodworking machine, various conveyors and general industrial machinery.

Structure:

1.The clutch brake unit is hermetic. When air is fed from the clutch air supplying hole, spline disc is pressed and friction plate contacts the driving disc.

2.When air is fed from the brake air supplying hole, spline disc slides to the opposition position and contacts friction plate of brake.

3.Clutch and brake do not connect simultaneously and will not affect each other

DME--- it can be directly connected with the standard flanged motor; the output side is the same in size as the flanged motor.

DMEN--- on basis of DME, input shaft, pulley and coupling are installed for inputting.

DMEF--- on basis of DMEN, fixing flat is installed and is fixed by bolts.
