BDP (Double-Sided) Brake

Features of the products:
1. Friction plates are installed on both sides of the brake; comparing with the same sized single plate brake, twice torque can be generated.
2. The brake stops smoothly and easily.
3. The brake can be used in high-speed rotary status.
4. Applicable to can and plastic bottle manufacturing machinery, rubber molding machine, oil processing machine, belt processing machine and various conveying machinery.

Structure:

When air is fed, two driving discs expand and two friction plates contacts with the discs on both sides.

When air is discharged, brake is released by the resetting the spring. The spline hub is fixed by torque clamp rod or others.
