BCH Caliper-type Brake

Features of the products:
1. The brake does not require water cooling; it reduces cost and performs well in heat releasing.
No water cooling, good heat dissipation and low cost.
2. Wide torque control range, maximum 1:880.
3. The brake and gyrator is characterized by its low inertia and it is light weighted.
4. Replacement of friction plate can be accomplished in seconds. Friction plate is easy to replace. With retaining pin released, it can be replaced without aid of tools.
5. Applicable to newspaper rotary machine, gravure and relief rotary machine, paper cutting machine and printing machine

Structure:

1.The caliper with vibrating plate reacts well when the controlled air pressure changes; torque thus changes.

2.Cooling fins on the outer side of hub, rotator and caliper is efficient when releasing heat to the exterior circumstances. Heat will not expand towards shaft, bearing and brake. The brake is characterized by its excellent efficiency and rational design.

3.Cold air continuously enters the brake, gyrator and piping around the caliper can be cooled in time and can be prevented from damaging due to overheat.

4.The friction plate is equipped with retaining pin and can be exchanged with a single handle.
