DFE & QFE (HC Series) Large Clutch Brake

Features of the products:
1. Thanks to the simple piston and structure of cylinder, centrifugal force does not affect the torque, which does not decrease with the wearing of friction plate
2. The gasket is in shape of O-ring, which is easier to repair than the one in shape of tube.
3. The clutch is disc-structured and will therefore not be affected by centrifugal force during high-speed rotation; its torque is quite stable.
4. The clutch is attached with heat releasing plate and is efficient in cooling; the clutch is characterized by its stable torque.
5. The sliding area is spline-structured, smooth movement is thus guaranteed; the clutch reacts well while connecting and releasing.
6. The friction plate is not made of asbestos. It separates the inner structure; air fluidity and efficient cooling is thus guaranteed.
7. Low inertia makes the clutch most suitable for connection when rotating at high speed.
8. Applicable to forging machinery, wheel manufacturing machinery, paper making machinery, ball milling machine, coil processing machine, conveying machinery and various punches.

Structure:：

Air passes through the bracket with aid of the rotary valve seat and enters the sealed cylinder by the action of O-ring; piston is then pressed.

The pressure plate is pressed by the piston and moves. Disc then contacts with the friction plate on both sides.

Friction plate, disc, housing body and hub slide smoothly with aid of free splines. Air is discharged by resetting the spring.
